Weave Kitchen Towels

Time: 9am - 12pm


In this class the student will be able to weave 3-4 towels to use in the kitchen. The floor looms will be set up before the student comes to class. The warp on the looms will be natural white cotton with narrow black stripes. You can pick any color to weave with, and it will be a hard decision to make because there are so many colors available! The towels will be a smooth plain weave, and will be handy for many uses such as drying dishes, drying hands, or lining baskets. This class is for beginners who have never woven before or for beginning weavers who have woven but need some encouragement. Studio hours will be available during the week between the Saturday classes.
